Isager Spinni

A favorite of designer Åse Lund Jensen, Spinni is one of the original foundation yarns of Isager.  The single-ply, lace weight yarn is spun & dyed at Skive Garn in Denmark from 100% wool.  This versatile heritage yarn is both warm & durable.  It is wonderful for lace stitch patterns, as well as stranded colorwork & textured stitches.  Hold alone for lightweight, but warm wraps & garments or hold double for a more substantial fabric.  The yarn is also lovely held with a silk mohair.  Spinni is available in a palette of undyed neutrals, heathers & solids.

Located on a small farm in Tversted, a lovely seaside village located on the northern tip of Denmark, Isager has been designing timeless patterns & yarns since 1977.
